what is graphite reinforce sheet

May 05, 2018

Graphite Reinforce Sheet is also called compressed graphite sheet or high strength graphite sheet. It is a kind of sealing material which is compounded by the sprint metal tooth plate or metal mesh plate or metal plate and pure graphite paper. The commonly used internal reinforcement materials of graphite composite board are SS304, ss316L or carbon steel and 0.05~0.2mm. The form generally has sprint plate composite enhancement, network plate composite enhancement, and plate composite enhancement.

Graphite Reinforce Sheet has the characteristics of thermal stability, high strength and no cold flow. It can be made into a variety of circular and various shapes of complex geometric figure gaskets, such as the water level gauge gasket, cylinder gasket, exhaust gasket, and strip heat exchanger gasket.
